Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.

• Coordinate internal resources and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

• Monitor project progress and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks or roadblocks.

• Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-through.

• Manage project resource allocation, and workload distribution when applicable.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Proficiency in HubSpot.

• Familiarity with Viktor is an edge.

• Can work part-time EST hours
