She's the one who manages the administrative tasks for our lovely CEO. Don’t be surprised if you’ll get to see her name more often as she is the one who replies to your emails and takes care of the essential things first.

COO’s Executive Assistant

She is our lead when it comes to helping maintain your Teamwork projects. Don’t get confused if you suddenly see her name on a comment thread in one of the tasks as she mainly supports the project leaders in making sure that deadlines and tasks are not left unattended.

Client Services Manager

He is our amiable, optimistic, and enthusiastic Administrative expert. He ensures that both the Project Leaders and the VAs give quality outputs to our clients.

Accounting Manager

She is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. With over a decade of combined experience in the field of accounting and internal auditing, she already developed discipline and a keen eye to details. Aside from being the Payroll and Benefits Specialist of the company, she also handles the role of a Bookkeeper. She is working closely with the CEO and COO and ensures that she provides value-adding services in the areas of financial analysis and reporting.

Learning & Development Lead

He is our subject matter expert in terms of website development and design, SEO, and video editing. His technical know-how makes him capable of devising ways and means to solve whatever issues the client or the VAs have. He he develops and trains our VAs to improve their skills and efficiency.

Recruitment Specialist

She’s bringing what she has learned from her previous experiences to provide quality candidates to our Clients and to our future Business Partners, who also embody SMART VAs Core Values to ensure a harmonious relationship within the organization.

Sales and Marketing Lead

The world of imagination, that is her place and she turns it into reality. A writer by profession and storyteller by passion. Her son is her favorite person in the world, next to Jesus.
