Status: Part-Time Independent Contractor

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Administration: Configure, maintain, and optimize the CRM, including custom properties and user permissions.

  • Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated marketing and sales workflows.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor KPIs, track campaign performance, and generate revenue reports.

  • Lead Generation & Marketing: Manage landing pages, forms, and email marketing campaigns.

  • Data Management: Import, cleanse, and maintain accurate and organized data.

  • Integration Support: Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools and ensure seamless system connectivity.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM, including contact management, deal pipelines, and reporting

  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub: email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and workflows

  • Knowledge of HubSpot Sales Hub tools for lead management and automation

  • Understanding of HubSpot CMS is a plus

  • Familiarity with other tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, and marketing automation software

  • Can work part-time EST hours

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
