Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Formulating effective long-term strategies that align with the business goals, market dynamics, and internal capabilities. 

  • Process Optimization: Identifying operational gaps and implementing improvements to streamline operations and increase productivity. 

  • Quality Control: Ensuring that the services meet established quality standards and are compliant with regulations. 

  • Team Leadership: Empowering teams through effective leadership and mentorship to enhance performance and build a culture of positivity and engagement.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as finance, marketing, learning and development, and recruitment to achieve shared goals. 

  • Performance Monitoring: Assessing key performance data to ensure operational efficiency and enable informed decision-making.

  • Compliance: Upholding company standards while ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements.

  • Budgeting & Finance: Managing operational budgets, analyzing financial performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations, management, leadership, and marketing is essential.

  • Strategic Thinking: Has the ability to develop long-term plans and strategies for business success. 

  • Problem-Solving: Has the capacity to identify issues and develop effective solutions. 

  • Analytical Skills: Has the ability to analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 

  • Can work full-time EST hours

  • Has strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and team members.
