Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as finance, marketing, learning and development, and recruitment to achieve shared goals.
Performance Monitoring: Assessing key performance data to ensure operational efficiency and enable informed decision-making.
Compliance: Upholding company standards while ensuring compliance with legal and safety requirements.
Budgeting & Finance: Managing operational budgets, analyzing financial performance, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations, management, leadership, and marketing is essential.
Strategic Thinking: Has the ability to develop long-term plans and strategies for business success.
Problem-Solving: Has the capacity to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Analytical Skills: Has the ability to analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Can work full-time EST hours
Has strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and team members.
